[The younger Mist Guardian is leaving the apartment, simply going about he--his business as usual.]

This happened again... At least it's not someone else's body this time.

[If you're passing by the bookstore today, you might notice it's open again. Well, kind of. Chrome's getting a bit of organizing done before reopening proper.]

And this goes... [As it is, she's wandering around the shelves with a small stack of new books, putting them in order.]

[If one is up early this morning, they may come across the younger of the Mist Guardians sitting at a table outside of the cafe. All traces of the murder scene that was there two days ago are gone, and the girl herself is in one piece again. Chrome seems to be quite out of it, however, staring straight ahead with a note held in her left hand. The note reads simply:

My apologies for the delay~ I thought it might teach a lesson. I hope it has, as next time I won't be so generous. ♥]

[You might have caught a quick sight of a Chrome before she turned back into an alchemist. Apparently there's no cheating allowed.]

There's no way around this, either...

[With a place to stay and a job pending, Chrome had decided she had the time to deal with something else that was relatively important. Being told about a power ban meant the limits of it needed to be tested, because waiting until something happened before finding out the extent of one's powers didn't seem like the best idea.

Trident in hand, she'd moved down to the end of the beach furthest from the town and its residents--not because she particularly cared about being spotted, but because it wouldn't do to have someone walking into one of the more dangerous illusions before she had time to stop it. Her illusions were as real as anything else--unless someone could either see through them like Tsuna, or had the concentration to completely reject what they were seeing even as the rest of their senses were also fooled.

Chrome had started simply when twisting reality to her whims, first changing the sand beneath her feet to snow and back. In the palm of her hand, formed into existence from nothing, appeared a single lotus blossom.]

It's still pretty easy for those... [Taking in a breath, she lifted the trident, spinning the weapon over her head before slamming it down on the sand. Three pillars of fire tall as she was shot up from the ground immediately afterwards, though didn't last more than a few quick seconds--it'd been too difficult to sustain them any longer than that.]

Ah-- This place is... [Nowhere near where she's supposed to be. ...Maybe, anyway? Who knew where Byakuran really meant for any of them to end up.]
